My name is Frank Steil Becker, founder of the recruitment agency FSBC. Born in Brazil to a Brazilian mother and a German father, I embody the best of both cultures. Having lived in both Brazil and Germany, I have gained profound insights into the mentalities and working styles of both countries, enabling me to build bridges between them.
